Following the success of the ‘Stix To The City Vol 1’, Bristol rapper Streetz decided to drop ‘Stix To The City Vol 2’ in November 2006. It featured exclusive guest appearances including the likes of Yogi, Rukus, Shade 1, Pelo, Genesis Elijah, Estelle, Klashnekoff, Skriblah, King E, Mendez, Precha, Spike, Looch, Empire Isis, Primenacer, Young P, Tiger T, Dubbledge, Suicyde, Wordsmith, Ahmos, Vo.Caino, Mr Millennium, and Desha, as well as music production from JD, Firstman, Stone, Dyversity, Mysteron, V.I.P, Ahmos, Neehi and the talented 9th Letta of Ninth Street Productions. Then earlier in the year he set the world alight with his excellent FREE download mixtape with Tricksta & UK Runnings entitled ‘Handle Your Buisness’. This mixtape gained him a lot of new listeners and the feedback from magazines was superb with many tipping Streetz as a man to watch out for!
Now back with his next full length release ‘Bootleg This’ features artists and producers such as Genesis Elijah, Wordsmith, Ahmos, Eastwood, K.Ners, Kay K, King Aggi and label peers Ninth Letta, Tyger T and Pine, and also consists of singles taken from previous projects. Radio edits of ‘Who U Trusting’, ‘Get Dat’, ‘Get Away’ and ‘Lock Dat’ are currently rotated across independent radio stations across the UK and Europe, including ‘Who U Trusting’ being featured on a BBC 1Xtra Home-grown podcast. 'Bootleg This' has received numerous mentions of recommendation in magazines including HHC'S final issue in 09. With all this being just the first of many projects of 2009, Streetz aka Petey Piff has scheduled consistency with assorted musical ear candy.
