The etnies Recognition Tour hits Spain and the UKetnies is set to tear up Europe in May 2009 as some of the biggest names in skateboarding head over for a much anticipated visit; Mikey Taylor, Sean Malto, Ryan Sheckler, Kyle Leeper, Jose Rojo, Tyler Bledsoe and Davis Torgerson.
The etnies Recognition Tour will kick off on May 15th in Malaga, Spain, where the team will hit a few carefully selected street spots before hosting a demo at Plaza de la Marina the following day. The etnies team will then return to Barcelona for some unfinished business before heading over to the UK on the 24th to demo at The Works in Leeds, followed by a signing at Rollersnakes in Derby on the 26th, and finally hitting London for a signing at Slam City Skates and the tour finale demo at Bay 66 on the 30th May.
For some further European flavor Charles Collet, Julian Furones and Willow from the European etnies team will be joining the tour. Local etnies skaters Joe Gavin (UK) and Julian Lorenzo (Spain) will also attend the demos in their respective countries and share their local knowledge with the US crew!

Sat 16th May – Signing at Griptape & Demo at Plaza de la Marina, Malaga
UK Schedule:
Sun 24th May – Demo at The Works Skate Park, Leeds
Mon 26th May – Signing at Rollersnakes, Derby
Sat 30th May – Signing at Slam City Skates, followed by a demo at Bay 66 skatepark, London
